We offer customisation options on all of our pieces. If you'd like to have your birthstone, a sentimental or favourite gem set in your Kavka jewellery, we can do it.

To start the customisation process, contact us, quoting the name of the piece you'd like customised, and the alterations that you'd like. We will then contact you with the lead times and the updated price.

We do not offer engraving at this time. However, this service will become available in the near future.

We hope that you will be satisfied with your KAVKA handcrafted piece. But if for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase, a refund will be issued following the arrival of the item, unused and in its original packaging, along with a completed returns form, which can be obtained by contacting us.

This does not apply to bespoke or customised pieces. We do not accept returns on these items, since they are one-off creations tailored for specific individuals.
