But if for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase, a refund will be issued following the arrival of the item, unused and in its original packaging, along with a completed returns form, which can be obtained by contacting us.

This does not apply to bespoke or customised pieces. We do not accept returns on these items, since they are one-off creations tailored for specific individuals.
