Frequently asked questions

Q - How soon after ordering will I get my item?

A - We currently keep a limited stock of our designs, most of our pieces are made to order. If a piece is available for immediate shipping, this will be indicated in the product listing.

 

Our current lead time is up to 2 weeks. So, allow this plus shipping time for your order's arrival.

Q - I'd like to return my item, how would I go about this?

A - We hope that you will be satisfied with your KAVKA handcrafted piece. But if for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase, a refund will be issued following the arrival of the item, unused and in its original packaging, along with a completed returns form, which can be obtained by contacting us.

This does not apply to bespoke or customised pieces. We do not accept returns on these items, since they are one-off creations tailored for specific individuals.

Q - Can I have my piece customised?

A - Absolutely! We will endeavour to customise any of our pieces for you. Simply write us at jacob@kavkajewellery.com and tell us what you'd like done. This includes engravings.

Q - I'd like to have something made in a size that isn't listed, is this possible?

A - Yes, we can create pieces in more sizes than those listed, send us a message at jacob@kavkajewellery.com and let us know about your requirements.
